My last name is something I take complete pride in! Growing up in Michigan, sports have always been at the forefront of my family’s life so being an athlete was never out of question. Although I played over 5 sports, I never had the motivation of the be best version of myself in any aspect. Once graduating high school, I left working out to be a small hobby that I did every few days which only included what I seen online with no set plan.
The turning point for me was in 2022 when I was at an all time low. Physically (115lbs), mentally (anxiety and depression hit HARD), spiritually, and more. I decided on my birthday that I was going to make a change. I gained 20 lbs in just over 2 months and had been seeing change but still not having a plan on the goals that I had when it came to my fitness journey. Lifting weights and proper nutrition were the two things I needed. Once I realized my potential with this combination and adding healthy habits to my everyday life, the growth has been exponential.
